Dr Dana Ardi is an entrepreneur, human capitalist and author.  As a leader of the human capital movement, distinguished by her expertise in the executive coaching and recruitment field, she advises leaders how to transform businesses through people. Considered an expert in the field of talent management and organizational design, Dana is the author of The Fall of the Alphas: The New Beta Way to Connect, Collaborate, Influence – and Lead. She is best known as a corporate anthropologist, a human capital practice she developed.

Dana, as SI Partners’ Chairman North America, brings her wealth of expertise in the fields of talent management, organizational design, assessment, leadership, coaching, and recruiting to advise and guide the SI Partners management team in the North America region from our New York hub.

As an innovator in the human capital movement, Dana specialises in creating enhanced value in companies, coaching Boards and investors on the art and science of building high calibre management teams. She provides them with the necessary skills to seek out and attract top-level management, design the ideal organizational architectures and to deploy people against strategy.  Dr Dana Ardi is the Founder of Corporate Anthropology Advisors, L.L.C and among her many philanthropic efforts she is an officer of the Creative Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
